Returns and warranty

A buyer who is a consumer has the right, under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, to withdraw from a purchase and return the item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days if the purchase was made in the online store.
You can return the item to our "Babystore" store at Rencēnu 10a, by filling out the attached form. If you are unable to visit the store in person, you can use the Omniva service and send the item to the following address:

Parcel locker shipping costs are covered by the customer.
When returning an item, it must be in full set, with undamaged packaging, all attached labels, and protective wrapping. The item itself must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase. If these conditions are not met, the money for the item will not be refunded.

The refund for the returned item will be credited to your account within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal form.
How to exchange purchased goods in our stores?

Simply visit the "Babystore" store at Rencēnu 10a and bring the item you want to exchange.

If you paid for the item in the store, we will ask you to present the purchase receipt.

We recommend placing a new order on babystore.lv in advance, specifying in the comments that you want to exchange it for an already purchased item and providing the first order number. We will reserve the new item and prepare it for pick-up, ensuring a smooth exchange process.

If the item’s packaging is intact and undamaged, you can choose any other, including a more expensive item with an additional payment, or receive a gift card for your next purchase.
