Instructions for use
Place one end of the pillow under your head, the central part under your belly, and the other end between your legs from the inner side of your thighs. This way your back and leg muscles can relax.
You can also lie on your stomach by connecting both ends of the pillow.
This pillow will provide you with comfort during sleep, and upon waking you will not feel any heaviness.
For breastfeeding, place one end of the pillow on your lap and the other behind your back, so you can comfortably rest your elbows and get ready to feed your baby.
